The only exam that involves a 1 on 1 assessment of functional impairments following an injury. This objective test takes 2-3 hours and is portioned to include material and non-material handling activities while collecting physiological changes, a series of validity testing, objective data on body range of motion and strength, balance testing, cognitive abilities to follow commands while documenting consistency of effort.
When requested by the referring provider or attorney, we can supply AMA impairment ratings to assist with claim resolution.

We review medical notes, diagnostic history, and job descriptions (if available) before the appointment, so the session is personalized and efficient.

Once the referral is received, we reach out to the client within 24 hours to schedule the evaluation and confirm details.
We meet at a convenient location to complete the evaluation
One of our therapists meets the client at one of our partner facilities or a nearby location that works for them. The full assessment is completed on-site.
Your completed report is delivered within 48 hours
We finalize the Prime FCE Report and send it directly to the provider or attorney who requested it.
